SPONSORSHIP

Any type of institution can be a sponsor (e.g. retailers, grocery stores, sports teams.) Your tree can also have a theme and is only limited to your imagination.

BUSINESS/ORGANIZATION

Tree sponsors are recognized with signage at the event, on the event promotion materials (including social media, website, and emails), and in the Arabia Shrine newsletter. Businesses are also encouraged to promote your involvement through your own social media channels, advertising, signage, and internal and/or external emails.

  • A sign designating the name of your Business or Organization will be prominently displayed with your tree throughout the event and on our website..

  • Christmas Team Building Activity - Creative Tree Decoration project will help improve team spirit & brainstorming skills

  • Your donated tree & gifts will be won by someone in the community

HOW IT WORKS

  • Tree sponsors are provided with a 6x6 space (under how it works and your commitment)

  • You decorate your 6x6 Space

  • During the event, attendees purchase tickets (5 for $5) and vote for the best tree

  • On the last day of the event, the tree with the most tickets will win the People’s Choice Award and gets space preference in 2024 One lucky voter wins the tree, decorations, and what is placed under the tree at each space (the number of winners is determined by the number of entrants)

  • Your company and your brand are seen by every visitor during the event (November 22 - December 1)

  • Recognition on all event materials that will include, promotional materials, social media, the Shrine website, and emails.
